In this case, these measurements fall between sizes S to L. You should choose your size according to the largest of these measurements. In this case, since hip is the largest of these measurements, you would select size L for your size. If your costume doesn't quite fit right in all areas, it can be altered. You can take it to a local tailor and they will alter it to fit you perfectly. If your measurements are close to the next size up, then you should select the larger size.
