Lastest Order Processing Measures

Please note that we may not have a 100% accurate real time online inventory counts for specific sizes of costumes due to slight size variations. We ultilize fast on demand production from our local tailors to create various sizes if there is every any stock issue on a particular size.  If you need your costume before a specific date, you should message us first with the link to the costume and also what size you need.  We will then do a real time inventory check to see whether it can deliver on time (real time inventory check may not be available during the busy month of October)

Regular Costumes


Processing time -   Anywhere from 1 to 14 days.

Delivery time -  Standard delivery 5 to 14 days   or   Express delivery 2 to 5 working days.

Total delivery time =   Processing time + Delivery time


Standard delivery total time = 6 to 28 days

Express delivery total time = 3 to 19 days

IMPORTANT NOTE:  The standard delivery time frame is not guaranteed, only estimated.  It can be influenced by a number of factors such as mail backlogs and customs approval time. Delivery in a small number of cases can take longer.

Giant Mascots


Processing time -    1 to 2 weeks

Delivery time -   1 to 2 weeks

Total delivery time =   Processing time + Delivery time   (2 to 4 weeks)


Please note there is no express delivery available for giant mascots due to their large size.





Cancellations during the processing period

Please keep it in mind before you place your order and send us your payment. If you place your order and then decide to cancel during the processing period, your order will incur a 15% cancellation fee.  Thank you for understanding!
